My new favourite place to dine in London is Natural Kitchen in Trinity Square. A chic restaurant with a take away counter, a bar and comfy sofas which serves natural food, healthy snacks and organic beer. This is just what we need in the city.
Established as an organic food shop in 2007, Natural Kitchen is now a restaurant with healthy, natural options for workers in the city, You can grab a sandwich to go or a dry-aged steak and wine followed by an impressive cheese platter.
Classic British fare such as scampi with chips and a full English breakfast are served along with falafel and outstanding pasta. Gluten Free items on the menu include quinoa and halloumi salad; chargrilled fish and meat; snacks such as hummus crisps. The lunch menu always has some gluten free items such as curries or chilli con carne.
Vegetarians and those on paleo/low carb diets have a selection of dishes to choose from on the healthy menu.
Natural Kitchen has a few outlets now, my favourite is on Pepys Street in the city, next to the Doubletree Hilton Hotel. It is open 7am till 11pm on weekdays and 8am till 10.30pm on weekends. One main course and two drinks is around £30 – try to save room for dessert or cheese!
